I’ve done everything for PDP, I won’t leave it for Buccaneers, vampires – Wike

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, says the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is not acting like an opposition party.

Wike vowed never to leave the party until the right thing is done, adding that the Buccaneers and Vampires would have emerged as the party’s presidential flag bearer if he had left.

Speaking during his monthly media chat in Abuja on Monday, Wike underscored the need for the PDP to put its house in order and fight the ruling party.

Wike said: “Now what is the problem in PDP, if you are saying that you are an opposition party, are you not supposed to be the one to put yourself in order and fight the ruling party?

“What is happening in PDP today, have I not predicted it before now? I will not leave the PDP until the right thing is done.

“I will not leave this party which I have done everything for, for the Buccaneers and Vampires.

“If I had left the party, the Buccaneers and Vampires would have taken over the party.”
