Dangote Group has finally spoken on the involvement of its truck and Ruth Otabor, sister of Big Brother Naija Season 7 winner, Phyna, in an accident at Auchi, Edo State.

The company, in a statement on Thursday through its X account, confirmed that its truck indeed knocked down Otabor.

Phyna, on Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, called out the company on her social media and demanded justice for her sister, whose legs were amputated due to the severity of the accident.
