The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, has been convicted of all the offences in the seven-count terrorism charge filed against him by the Nigerian government.
The embattled separatist was convicted of the offences on Thursday by Justice James Omotosho of the Abuja Federal High Court.
Justice Omotosho in his judgment found the IPOB leader guilty on all the counts in the charge brought by the Department of State Services, DSS.
He held that Kanu is a fake defender of the people of the South-East and his antics and rhetoric have brought nothing but violence, destruction and killings to the region.
