Erisco Foods CEO rewards UTME top candidate with N2.5m

Dr. Eric Umeofia, the Chief Executive Officer and President of Erisco Foods Limited, has announced a cash award of N2.5 million to Kamsiyochukwu Umeh, the top student in the recently completed Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations.

Umeh, a student at Deeper Life High School in Mowe, scored 360 in the UTME and was declared the top candidate.

She earned 99 points in chemistry, 98 points in math, 97 points in physics, and 66 points in English.

When speaking with newsmen on Friday, Umeofia expressed his admiration for the student’s interview with Saturday PUNCH.

The businessman also announced various cash rewards to the administrator of the school, the four subject teachers, and two other best students of the school.
