The decision was reached at the All Progressives Congress NWC meeting in Abuja on Friday.
It was gathered that the governors were suspended for anti-party activities.
The committee also recommended the governors expulsion from the party.
Lanre Issa-Onilu confirmed the report to Newsmen, saying, “A statement is in the works. I confirm the report to be true.”
