A young man has narrated his ordeal after being attacked by armed cultists alleged to be Vikings members in Abak area of Akwa Ibom state.
According to Kufre Obot, the attack saw about ten thugs descend on him with weapons including guns over an issue that had to do with his landlord’s junior brother.

THE BEST WAY TO GET OUT OF TROUBLE IS TO ENTER TROUBLE
At about 2pm yesterday in my residential compound in Abak I was in my house thinking on my next step in life then I decided to move out from my room and seat outside since the house was so hot.
About 10 guys drove in my compound since I was not expecting any problem nor waiting for any trouble I was not shake or been afraid of them but little did I know that trouble can still knocked at you even in your bathroom and before I know this guy’s have started pulling out guns and started giving me the beating of my life at this moment I was struggling to run for my life but nowhere to run to and before I realized I was bleeding because of two bottles been broke on my head.
I was asking them what have I done wrong, what’s really my offence but no answer instead they were telling me that they are Vikings, since I was still bleeding and I heard my landlord aunty shouting telling them that I was just a tenant that I just returned from school that am innocent it was then I got to know that they came looking for my landlord junior brother who according to them seized a cell phone from his senior brother girlfriend two weeks ago
They threaten to shoot the woman and started shooting on air to scare people away and I was left bleeding and they drove out. I had to rush to a nearby police station and report the case and laid down my complains and the police issued me medical clearance for me to use and go to any hospital or clinic for treatment.
Now after the treatment I went back home this morning preparing to go back to the police station my landlord came back with my phone begging me to drop the case that if I proceed that police will arrest him also not just those guys and that they realize that I was a wrong person that’s why they decided to return my phone back that there are so sorry that he is going to pay for my treatment and others expenses that I should withdrew the case.Now my question for him is what if I was killed that yesterday will sorry bring me back to life or heal my family especially my mum of pains they would have gone through?
If I am going to be regarded as a bad person for not backing out of this very case let me be because those zombies shall be brought to book and shall paid for it one by one.
