Fast-rising Nigerian singer, Rema, is currently being dragged on the internet for his recent tweets about not being rated by anyone when he was hustling on the streets.
Behind every successful superstar are the struggles and challenges they had to face in order to achieve their dreams. As is the norm, a lot of these celebrities especially musicians, often sing about their hustles in their songs and in this case, sometimes tweet about it.
Dumebi crooner, Rema, recently took to Twitter to talk about how no one was there for him when he was hustling on the street. He wrote: “They no send me many years ago when I dey hustle for the street on a low.”
It appears this rubbed off many social media users the wrong way as many people reacted to his tweets with rather interesting comments.
Not only did they demand to know the ‘streets’ he hustled on, they also spared no words in reminding him luck, and not hard work, brought him fame.
