Tragedy has struck the Ghanaian movie industry as Kumawood actor, Bernard Nyarko is dead. The veteran actor died on Saturday evening, May 2, 2020

Ghanaian presenter, Andy Dosty, took to his official social media page to confirmed the death of Bishop Bernard Nyarko and this has sent a rude shock amongst his fans.

Andy Dosty posted a photo of Nyarko with a touching caption;

“Oh Lord, I don’t want to believe you’re gone. God be with you my friend.”

According to reports, Bishop Bernard Nyarko has been battling with acute illness for some years before his death.

In other news, Veteran Nollywood actor, Yomi Obileye is dead. The actor died on Friday morning from an undisclosed ailment.

Obileye was known for Tade Ogidan’s movie, Hostages in 1997.

Nigerian actor and comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka who shared a post announcing his death wrote on his page; “If tears could build a stairway and memories were a lane, we would walk right up to heaven and bring you back again. “

“Rest In Peace Uncle Yomi OBILEYE . Thanks for the memories. I can’t help but want to watch “HOSTAGES” again. Sleep well Egbon and May God give your family and fans the fortitude to bear the loss.”
