The INEC boss also cautioned voters against touching of surfaces and leaning on wall at the voting centres as this would be prohibited.

Professor Yakubu also stated that the Commission has produced ten points voters video conduct, which is been distributed in the two state.

Speaking on the electronic voting, the INEC boss said the Commission cannot employ this system now because the laws have not permitted it.

He however, states that electronic balloting will be used in Anambra elections in 2021 since the law allows for electronic balloting and not electronic voting.

Meanwhile, the INEC chairman also revealed that the PTF has donated additional 3000 thermometers to INEC which would be added to the 1000 earlier donated and deployed to Edo and Ondo for elections.
