Femi Kuti, a Nigerian music legend and son of Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti, has joined the millions of voices speaking against Police brutality in reaction to the ongoing #EndSARS protest in the country.
Taking to his Twitter page, Kuti said it is shocking that there is no emergency meeting in the senate nor the Presidency despite the massive #EndSARS protest currently happening in many parts of the country.
Reacting on his page, he wrote;
”Shocking there’s no emergency meeting in senate nor the presidency . Such an important serious issue, ‘the pain of the youths/masses majority of the people of our beloved country’ police brutality, SARS killings/unnecessary harassment of our people. #EndSARS”
