The owner of Widisag Hotel situated in Udu council area of Delta state, Elvis Otedafe Onojerame alongside a friend on Sunday night, December 13 have been assassinated by unknown gunmen.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the suspected assassins shot the deceased hotelier at close range inside his Mercedes Benz car before killing his friend.
This tragic incident was confirmed by the spokesperson of the state police command identified as DSP Onome Onovwakpoyega.
The PPRO said the police have launched an investigation into the matter.
“it is true. There was an assassination. Yes, two people.”
However, friends of the deceased hotelier have taken to their social media platforms to express their sadness over the sudden demise of the hotelier.
