Charles Inojie, a veteran Nollywood actor and filmmaker, was robbed at gunpoint while in traffic in Lagos on Sunday, December 20.
Fellow actor, Chinedu Ikedieze made the announcement on Instagram.
Ikedieze assured fans and followers that the ‘The Johnsons’ star was unhurt even though his phone and other valuables were stolen from him.
He provided an alternative phone number for Charles Inojie to be reached while he works on retrieving his stolen SIM and urged that people remain careful out there especially during this period.

In other crime related news, 21-year-old Saheed Adesina who attended a child christening party at Ojuwoye Street in the Mushin area of Lagos State, met his demise after some attendants of the event stabbed him to death on the claim that he collected food multiple times.
According to SaharaReporters, the Lagos State Police Command which confirmed the incident, said it had launched a manhunt for the killers and would do everything possible to bring them to justice.
