Timaya, Eedris Abdulkareem Resurrect Long-Time Feud
Nigerian musicians Timaya and Eedris Abdulkareem are yet to settle their long-running feud.
Timaya took a dig at Abdulkareem for lambasting Festus Keyamo, the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, days ago. The ‘Plantain Boy’ crooner also reminded his fans that Abdulkareem mistreated him when he was his backup singer.
The dancehall crooner advised Abdulkareem to go get a job while revealing he disregarded people who worked with him. Timaya tagged the ‘Jaga Jaga’ crooner dirty Igbo smoker.
Timaya said; “I was your back up artist and you did not appreciate me. You regarded me like a nobody; I paid my transport to your shows because I was learning. You have never paid me one day. You disregard people, how many people don blow through you.”
“Where are all the people that were with you before? You come on social media, where the f**k are you? Don’t blame people, Go and work. Dirty looking Igbo smoker,” he added.
Shortly after his comments, a fan of Abdulkareem defended him and shut him up for disrespecting the 47 years old, who allegedly made him popular in the music industry.
Sighting the post, Abdulkareem responded by branding Timaya an ingrate. “An ingrate is an ingrate,” he wrote.
