VIDEO: ‘There’s so much bitterness in Nollywood’- Alex Ekubo Speaks on ‘Omo Ghetto the Saga’ Production

Nollywood actor Alex Ekubo has revealed there is so much negativity and bitterness in Nollywood, and he’s excited to see his colleague Funke Akindele and her husband excel.

Alex Ekubo revealed this during an interactive session with the cast members of the Nollywood Blockbuster ‘Omo Ghetto the Saga’.

The Actor showered nice compliments on Funke Akindele, saying she’s beautiful, intelligent and talented, noting that it’s difficult to survive in the Nollywood industry marred with so much negativity and bitterness.

According to Alex Ekubo, with so much happening in the entertainment industry, it’s amazing seeing Funke Akindele’s husband, JJC Skillz, stand by her and gush over how they have both worked together.

We recall that Funke Akindele shared some scary moments behind the making of her movie, Omo Ghetto the Saga.

According to Funke in her recent post on her official Instagram page, the movie is a dream come true for her and she sacrificed a lot for the project.
