Family and friends of Ngozi Chiemeke, a rising Nollywood actress have been thrown into mourning as the actress was shot dead.
The incident was reported to have happened on the 7th of December 2021 at Ika North Local Government Area of Delta.
News of the sudden death of the Nollywood actress has since spread across the whole community, with reports saying that she was reportedly shot dead at POS shop at Deeper Life Road in Boji Boji, Owa, Ika North Local Government Area of Delta on Tuesday.
At the time of writing this report, the details surrounding Ngozi Chiemeke’s murder are unclear. However, we are made to believe that the incident has since been reported to the Boji-Boji Owa Divisional Police Station in Owa-Oyibo headquarters of Ika North East Local Government Area of the state.
Some unconfirmed reports state that the tragic incident happened within the same short period that late Chief Anthony Mkpado was murdered. The said man was the Chief Executive Officer of Mkpado Bookshop in Boji-Boji Owa, located opposite the First Bank branch.
So far, the Nigerian Police is yet to react to reports of the actress’ murder.
