Marlian Music Boss, Naira Marley, gave a heads-up on the arrest of his label signees, Zinoleesky and Mohbad, by the men of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
Naira Marley’s music acts Zinoleesky and Mohbad were both arrested alongside others at very late hours on February 24, 2022.
The ‘Soapy Crooner’, who was not in the country at the time of the incident, has opened up. According to the singer, Mohbad has been released while Zinoleesky and other members of his Marlian music are still in custody.
Naira Marley, who also has an EFCC case, took to his Twitter page and stated that his (Marlian music) brothers are being treated unjustly.
He wrote:
“NDLEA have released Mohbad after physically assaulting him, Zinoleesky is still in custody. The boys are under a lot of stress after being ambushed in the middle of the night with no warrant.
I’m urgently returning to lagos now now nowWhat is happening to my brothers is disgusting. The injustice is unfair and this is beginning to look like a pattern. First me now my artists. Free Zinoleesky, free shubomi, free micee and dosky 💔”
