A video of Tems and Wizkid have sparked different reactions online.
Afrobeat superstar Wizkid in the video was seen drawing a line between himself and Tems as they performed Essence together at Broccoli City Festival. Many made the assumption that Wizkid was trying to avoid a repeat of what happened the last time.
Recall Tems ‘embarrassed’ Wizkid some months ago when they performed their hit song Essence and he tried hugging her and raising her up.
Wizkid and Tems were performing on the same stage but he was very particular with his movements making sure not to collide with her. It appeared he didn’t want to go near her at all as he tried hard to avoid her at all cost.
Some netizens on Twitter and Instagram while reacting to the video said it’s because Wizkid doesn’t want a repeat of what happened before. See some reactions and video:
