Mixed reactions as Omah Lay hints on removing Burna Boy from his debut album, “Boy Alone”

Talented Nigerian Singer, Omah Lay has given hints on what fans should expect from his much anticipated debut album, ‘Boy Alone’.

Recall that on January 13, 2022, Grammy winning Nigerian superstar, Burna Boy and Omah Lay, took to Instagram to tease a potential collaboration.

Just recently, The ‘Woman’ crooner stirred reactions from fans after he hinted on cutting out a track with Afrobeat Giant, Burnaboy, from the album.

During a question and answer session with fans, he was asked if it was true that he featured Burna Boy on the project. Omah Lay confirmed it was true but he also plans on removing Burna Boy from the album.

Omah Lay didn’t reveal his reasons, but Fans who expressed shock over his statement, believed it might be as a result of Burna Boy’s shooting scandal. Others took his statement as a joke.
