Following the release of Buju BNXN’s new EP, Singer resumes clash with Ruger in a heated war of words

Afrobeats stars, Buju BNXN and Ruger have taken a go at each other once again on Twitter and are currently working their way up to becoming a trending topic.

The fresh phase of their feud was reignited following BNXN’s tweet where the music star threw shade at Ruger.

Buju wrote; “What if I 🤔 what if I 🤔what if I 🤔COOOKKKK👨🏽‍🍳 #BadSince97” which is seemingly a derivation of Ruger’s hit single ‘Girlfriend’.

He tweeted while sharing a link to his new project and screenshots of his song with Wizkid as well as that of his new extended play (EP), titled “Bad Since 97,” currently sitting at the number one position on Apple Music’s Nigerian album chart.

Reacting, Ruger hit back saying “Get a solo hit then talk to me fatty bum bum.”

To the latter’s tweet, BNXN promptly replied by quoting the tweet and stating; “Project #1 and I didn’t have to whine my waist 🥰”.

Buju then buttressed his response with a screenshot displaying the position of Ruger’s projects; Pandemic EP and The Second Wave (Deluxe edition), on the Apple music album charts at number 64 and 33 respectively.

The swipe follows Ruger’s earlier claim that BNXN doesn’t have a solo hit hence they weren’t on the same level.
