Afrobeats sensation, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, spoke on the prestige attached to American singer, Beyonce’s music career.
During a recent interview with Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee on The Breakfast Club, Burna was asked to share his thoughts on the debates trailing Beyonce’s legendary status , in a video making the rounds.
Reacting, the Singer noted that he does not know if she is the biggest star in the world, but he knows that she is a star in her own right.
In the clip, Charlamagne stated that someone in his studio thinks Beyonce is overhyped and Drake is far better than her when it comes to music.
The interviewer asked the Odogwu crooner if he thinks the same, but Burna responded by asking the person if he doesn’t think Drake is also overhyped.
Burna Boy featured on Beyonce’s Ja Ara E off her curated album for the Lion King movie in 2019.
