Popular Twitter critic and social media commentator, Daniel Regha has faulted the renowned singer, David Adeleke alias Davido amid reports of his incoming performance in Qatar during the World Cup closing ceremony.
This comes after the Chinese business mogul, Stephen Hung took to his Instastory to affirm that Davido confirmed that he’ll be performing at the World Cup closing ceremony which triggered excitement among fans.
He wrote:
“So happy my bro @davido confirmed he will be performing at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony.
Can’t wait to see him there”
Reacting to this, Regha who’s always at the fore in criticizing celebrities’ moves took to his official Twitter page to assert that Davido should decline any offer till next year just as he did with his A.W.A.Y Festival.
In his words:
“Davido will be performing at the World Cup closing ceremony (reportedly), glad he’s feeling better but I d¤n’t think that’s a smart decision since he already postponed his A.W.A.Y festival by one year; He should stand by his decision & decl!ne any offer till next yr. No offense.”
