Nigerian actresses, Anita Joseph, Blessing Obasi, have hit back at Colleague, Eniola Iyiola, aka Basira Badia over her claims that English-speaking actors were paid N3million to support Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
WITHIN NIGERIA had earlier reported that Basira Badia tackled her colleague, Adunni Ade over the latter’s assertion that some of her colleagues were paid a token to campaign for the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu.
Adunni had alleged that most of her colleagues in the Yoruba industry were paid N90k to canvass for Tinubu.
Addressing the allegation, Badia shared a video on Instagram, quizzing Adunni over reports that English actors who attended Peter Obi’s stakeholders meeting were allegedly paid N3million.
“Some English actors went for a dinner date and they gave them N3million”, she claimed.

Reacting, Anita Joseph, Blessing Obasi and others took to a blog’s comment section to drop their two cents.
Anita Joseph asked Badira to speak in English and stop stressing them.
“What is this abeg hiaaa, please kg you want to talk to the public add English don’t give us more headache abegiiii. INEC is enough wahala”
