Afrobeats Superstar Ayra Starr has cleared the air on her relationship with colleague, Rema following dating rumours.
The duo have a working relationship
as artists signed to Mavins Records.
They also have a close friendship that
has been interpreted as a romantic
affair since they share posts about
each other on social media.
But speaking during an interview on KISS FM Kenya, hosted by Chito and CYD, Ayra Starr revealed the type of relationship she shares with him.
In the video making the rounds, The ‘Rush’ Crooner appeared visibly shocked when quizzed about dating Rema.
Ayra Starr said that contrary to what many people may think, Rema is like a brother to her.

Ayra Starr landed in Kenya on Wednesday night ahead of the much-anticipated ‘Shoke Shoke’ Festival at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre(KICC), Nairobi.
The ‘Rush’ Hitmaker will be performing at the festival that has been scheduled to take place on the 3rd and 4th of March 2023.
She will be headlining the Festival alongside award-winning rapper Khaligraph Jones, Mejja, The OnlyRosa, and Boutruoss.
