Ace Comedian, Atunyota Alleluya Akpobome, professionally known as Ali Baba, has revealed why himself and Veteran comic actor Osita Iheme aka Pawpaw, were denied entry into Canada.
Ali Baba and Pawpaw alongside movie stars Aki and Yomi Fabiyi were slated to perform at show promoter, MC Morris’ event but Ali Baba and Pawpaw were prevented from entering into the country.
In a new video sighted on MC Morris’ page, Alibaba said himself and Pawpaw were faced with visa issues. He noted that Aki and Yomi were permitted to stay and perform at the show.
He, however, promised to make a video call to his fans during the event.
“We have been denied voluntary entry. We were told to go get our Visa ready
We wanted to come in and entertain you. Pawpaw and I would go back, but Akin and Yomi Fabiyi would stay”,

Explaining why they were denied entry, Mc Morris, in a statement, said he had carefully planned his event since last year and contacted the North American tour manager about renewing Alibaba’s Canada visa but all efforts proved abortive.
