In a heartwarming display of camaraderie and generosity, popular comic actor Kamo, known for his role in the comedy group Nepa Boyz, has taken the initiative to raise funds to buy a car for veteran actor Fatai Oodua, popular known as Lalude.
This is coming after Yoruba Actress Margaret Olayinka, best known as Iya Gbonkan received a brand-new car from one of her admirable fans.
After the Thespian requested a car gift from her fans, a passionate fan in video making the rounds, presented the long-needed token to the veteran.
Iya Gbonkan also received almost N5 million in donations for her car and housing project.
Following show of love and support towards Iya Gbonkan, Kamo, in clip shared on Friday, via his social media pages, made a public appeal to fans of the Actor, to buy a car for Lalude.
According to him, despite his age and work experience, Lalude still treks about and uses public transportation from one place to another.
Kamo pleads;
“I’m pleading and begging everyone that comes across this video, if God put in your heart to do one thing or another for baba, send me a message. Baba Lalude deserves a car”
Kamo launched a fundraising campaign, donated one million naira.
