Ganiyu Nofiu, popularly known as Alapini Osa, the veteran actor famous in the Yoruba film industry, has received a new car from a fan, few weeks after making a public request.
Recall, in late June, Alapini seemingly borrowed a leaf from Colleague Lalude’s playbook by reaching out to Skitmaker Kamo to assist him in soliciting a car gift from fans.
The Thespian’s wish was granted on Friday after he was gifted a new car.
In videos making the rounds, The car was presented to Alapini by Kamo on behalf of a US-based businessman, Mr Lekan Europe.
Alapini, visibly overjoyed as he received the car gift, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Lekan and his fans.
He acknowledged their unwavering support for seasoned actors like himself.
Baba Alapini also received N3.7 million in donations for a car and a housing project.
In the clip, details were provided by Kamo, regarding the intended allocation and expenditure of the N3.7 million.
Kamo stated that Baba Alapini would receive N2 million, while his colleague Lalude would be given N1.7 million. These amounts were intended to assist them in completing their respective houses.
