Afrobeats sensation, Divine Ikubor, also known as Rema, paid a long-awaited visit to his hometown, Benin City, for the first time in six years.

A trending video, spotted by WITHIN NIGERIA, captured the Mavin artist mingling with a cadre of homegrown entertainers from his state, among them being Shallipopi and the esteemed aide of singer Davido, Israel DMW.

The footage captured the group of men walking down the plane aisle, with the DND hitmaker positioned at the forefront, actively engaging in taking pictures with the people around him.

In yet another captivating clip, Rema was honored with an esteemed reception by a spirited cultural dance troupe upon his arrival at the airport, showcasing a warm and jubilant welcome.
