The senior pastor of Kingsway International Christian Centre, Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo, has received shot of the COVID-19 vaccine in London.
The Nigerian clergyman posted pictures of himself receiving the vaccine on social media on Sunday, encouraging non-white communities in the United Kingdom to take the vaccination to save lives, stay Safe and protect themselves.
His Facebook post reads: I have taken the Vaccination today. Very simple and quick. I encourage all BAME to take the vaccination. Save lives. Stay Safe. Protect yourselves. We need to do this. Let’s go.
BAME refers to non-white communities in the United Kingdom.
