Police officers shaved heads of 13 young men as punishment for harassing girls at a shopping mall in Ajdabya city of Libya.
According to reports, the young men were caught abusing some girls and families during shopping. The girls and families were said to have gone to the shopping mail to buy clothes for Eid celebration.
