Pastor Faith Abiola Oyedepo, who is the wife of the founder and President of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Oyedepo, has said any women organization that attempts to question the position of a man in the family is under demonic influence.
This is coming hours after a Nigerian feminist group berated her husband over his recent remark on feminism and marriage where he advised them against getting married, saying it’d lead to frustration and devastation.
Reacting to the development, Faith Oyedepo via her Instagram page stated that women should be in subjection to their husbands as to the church to Christ. She also added that any woman who questions the position of the man in the family is under a demonic influence.
In her own words, she said; ‘‘Any woman or women’s organization that attempts to question the position of the man in the family should be regarded as being under a demonic influence. God expects that just as the Church is subject to Christ in everything, even so, women should be in subjection to their husbands in everything.”
