Bandits invaded Ruwan Doruwa district in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State killing four people persons.
It was gathered that the bandits invaded the town in the early hours of Friday September 3, also abducted several others.
Eyewitnesses said they started shooting sporadically, forcing many residents to flee for their safety.
According to Channels Television, a source said the gunmen killed four persons and embarked on house-to-house search for abduction. Funeral prayers of those killed, have been conducted.
Residents of Zamfara state must be living in perpetual fears as bandits appear not not stop their operations in the state.
