Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Covenant University and Living Faith Church World Wide popularly known as Winners Chapel, has claimed that the Institution have never given bribe to anybody or Organization since the inception of Covenant University.
He made this known today September 5, during the First Service at Faith Tabernacle Church. Bishop Oyedepo who preached on the message titled: “Breaking Invisible Barriers Service” said Covenant University has never given bribe to any devil since inception and will never do so no matter who is involved.
The respected Clergyman further emphasized that Covenant University will not bend its rule. Quoting the Bible, Bishop Oyedepo said “Godliness does not bring people down, it lifts people up. It doesn’t make believers a byword and a proverb, No: it exalts them.”
He also revealed that according to Webometric ranking of Private Universities, Covenant University is Number One while Landmark University is Number Two in Nigeria.
