Alaafin of Oyo, 83, embarks on work out session, boxing ring fight routines (photos)

The 83 year old Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III has embarked on a work session in a bid to stay fit and healthy.

On Monday, January 3rd, 2022, the Alaafin had a light work-out session at the Durbar Stadium in Oyo the boxing ring arena of the Durbar Stadium, Durbar Oyo Town.

“It is important for one to look after his health and body because from cradle to the grave, it is all you have got and your main task is care for it.” Oba Lamidi stated during the exercise

“Light work out is good and an essential part of healthy living for a healthy heart.” he further said
