Gunmen kill 3 in Anambra

Suspected gunmen have killed three persons at Nnobi in Idemili South local government area of Anambra State.

According to Vanguard, details were still foggy, but the incident reportedly took place on Monday evening.

The State police command is yet to comment on the incident as of the time of filling this report.

WITHIN NNIGERIA recalls that in December, 2021, gunmen killed three persons at the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Junction in Awka, the Anambra State capital.

This publication had earlier reported that gunmen kidnapped three kinsmen during a family meeting at Isingwu Imeama Mgbowo in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State.

The victims were identified as an Enugu-based estate developer, Chief Frank Aziude; his elder brother, Alphonsus Aziude; and their in-law, Mr Eric Onyia.
