UNIBEN staff celebrate exit of “mischievous, heartless and stone-cold tyrant” Director

After 9 years of service, the exit of Arch. Timmy Oigbochie Ikhisemojie, who served as the director of Physical Planning Division, University of Benin, is being celebrated by staff of the department.

Staff of Physical Planning Division, University of Benin, made several posters to celebrate the exit of their Director, whose tenure comes to an end in February, 2022.

According to the poster pasted on walls in the school,Arch. Timmy Oigbochie Ikhisemojie was seen as the director who was “a mischievous, heartless stone-cold tyrant”  whose tenure was allegedly characterised by impunity, backwardness, corruption, witch hunting, nepotism, physical abuse, zero staff welfare, and illegalilies.
