EFCC recovers Mercedes Benz, MacBook pro, gold wristwatches from suspected fraudsters in Abuja

Two suspected internet fraudsters popular called ‘Yahoo boys’ have been apprehended in Abuja by operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

20-year-old Kelvin Tobe Igbdamaeze and 18 years old Ejimiyerakpor Samson were nabbed and whisked away on Thursday at Festrut Estate, Katampe, Abuja.

The anti-graft agency arrested the young suspected fraudsters because of their alleged involvement in internet-related fraud.

Items recovered from them include two iPhone 11 Pro Max, two MacBook pro, IPhone 13 Pro Max, two gold wristwatches, and a Mercedes Benz GLE 2017 model.
