Delta Police: Nollywood actor’s killer on the run

Police in Delta state has stated that the suspected killer of Bollywood actor, Mr Abuchi Ikpo, was on the run.

Recall that Ikpo decomposing body was found in his apartment on Monday in the Jesus-Save area of Asaba, the Delta state capital.

Bright Edafe, the police spokesperson while addressing reporters on Wednesday in Asaba said Police had launched an investigation into the death of the actor.

He said, “The police visited the scene which is the deceased apartment at the Jesus-Save area on Monday, and removed the corpse.

“We are investigating the incident. Although the PA to the actor is being suspected, we can not presume him guilty until proven so.

“If the family says the suspect is the PA, then we will do our investigation. We are on his trail because he is on the run.”

Edafe, however, said no arrest has been made in connection to the incident.
