Rabiu Kwankwaso, the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, has reportedly chosen Nigerian clergyman, Bishop Isaac Idahosa as his running mate for the 2023 elections.
The party disclosed this in a tweet on its Twitter handle on Thursday “Our VP Pastor Bishop Isaac Idahosa from Edo State.”
According to an online profile, Idahosa who is now 57 years old, was born into the family of six children and he is the third.
He is married to Christie Idahosa and both have two children.
He is the presiding Bishop, Illumination Assembly, Lekki Light Centre(LLC). The church was started in Minna, Niger State, more than 25 years ago, after he gave his life to Christ in 1979.
His ministry is rumoured to be worth over three billion naira. He is also a gospel musician and has three albums to his credit.
He grew up in Niger state and had his formal education there, enjoying scholarship up to the university level.
