As the 2023 election draws closer, former media aide to President Muhammadu Buhari known as Bashir Ahmad is optimistic that the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu would surprise those who have been condemning him.
Bashir who expressed optimism about the presidential aspirant on his official Twitter handle on Friday, said Tinubu would perform better than other 2023 presidential candidates battling for the number one seat in the country.
According to him, Tinubu’s critics would understand the capacity of Asiwaju when the 2023 campaign begins in September.
He wrote, “There are presidential candidates and there are also presidential candidates, two different things.
“It would soon be clear to those who may not understand or those who deliberately don’t want to understand. The actual campaigns start Sep/Nov and BAT is our presidential candidate”.
