Nigerians have been warned against voting for the All Progressives Congress, APC, to retain power in 2023.
The Labour Party, LP, presidential running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, who gave the warning cautioned Nigerians against repeating the “big mistake” of voting APC in 2023.
Baba-Ahmed who also lamented that APC lacks the willpower to address the numerous challenges bedeviling Nigeria, appeared on Channels Television’s programme, Sunrise Daily, and said: “We will expand the recruitment process with an expansion of the police needed.
“2015 was a mistake that should never be allowed to repeat itself again.
“There is absolutely no will on the part of the federal government to tackle the insecurity bedeviling the country considering its failure to deliver on its campaign promises.”
While APC would field Bola Tinubu during the 2023 presidential election, LP would have Peter Obi as its flag bearer during the poll.
