37-year-old bricklayer, Christopher Luka, has been remanded in a correctional facility for luring a job seeker to his house, having anal sex with him and collecting his sperm in a small bottle in Kaduna State.
Luka was charged by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) to the magistrates’ court in Kafanchan, Kaduna State with impersonation and unnatural offence contrary to Sections 142 and 259 of the Penal Code.
The NSCDC prosecutor, Marcus Audu, told the court that one Elison Joseph reported the matter at the corps’ office in Kafanchan on September 29.
Audu said the defendant paraded himself as a police officer before the complainant and promised to secure a job for him with the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).
According to NAN, he said the accused then invited the complainant to his house to meet his superior for the job interview, and that on reaching the house the accused told the complainant that his elder brother was involved in an accident which affected his sexual performance and the doctor was demanding semen.
He further said the defendant deceived the complainant and collected his sperm in a bottle and also had sexual intercourse with him through the anus.
The Magistrate, Michael Bawa, who did not take the defendant’s plea for lack of jurisdiction, ordered his remand and adjourned to November 1, pending advice from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
