Inspector Ajenwa alleged that Akeem used the money to wed another lady.

Ajeniwa said the womb of the victim has been damaged due to series of abortions done for the defendant.

He said the offences contravened Sections 383 and 421,390 (b and c) of the Criminal Code Cap. 37. Vol. 1, Laws of Ondo State, 2006.
