Professor Yemi Osinbajo, Vice President of Nigeria, has urged all staff of his office who are members of the presidential campaign council of All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Bola Tinubu to give their all to the assignment.
On Sunday, Osinbajo issued the directive during a meeting with the relevant parties.
Speaking about the meeting, Ajuri Ngelale, a senior presidential media aide and spokesperson for the Tinubu-Shettima campaign organization, said Osinbajo emphasized the importance of the assignment and urged them to carry it out without delay.
He also urged the public to disregard any information to the contrary.

Taking to his Twitter handle to share the information, Ngelale wrote:
It must be noted that in a meeting today, H.E. VP @ProfOsinbajo has encouraged all OVP staff — who were privileged to be appointed into the @officialABAT
2023 Presidential Campaign Council — to give their best to the important effort without hindrance. Kindly ignore contrary.
It will be recalled that amidst the rumours that Osinbajo has been sidelined from the APC presidential campaign council, the Vice President and Tinubu met last week in Abuja.
