Suspected cultists have killed and dismembered a young man identified as Nonso Okoye at Nkpor Agu village, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.
It was gathered that Okoye was killed during a cult clash at about 6 pm on Sunday.
According to The Nation, a source said members of the cult group, led by one of its notorious members identified as Kelechi, attacked and killed the deceased, a member of another rival gang.
“The group went on to dismember the dead victim. Unfortunately, no arrests have since been made,” the source said.
The state police spokesperson, Tochukwu Ikenga, when contacted to comment on the incident simply said: “No such report before me.”

It was gathered that the incident happened near the back gate of the Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, late on Tuesday night.
