WITHIN NIGERIA had reported that DSS operatives arrested Okupe on Thursday while on his way to London, the United Kingdom.

The Public Relations Officer of the DSS, Dr. Peter Afunanya, who confirmed the arrest said Okupe was arrested on the instruction of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
