Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress (APC), signed the Peace Accord on Monday to show his support for a peaceful election.

On February 25, 2023, the country holds its presidential election.

Tinubu is seeking to become the next president of Nigeria after President Muhammadu Buhari on 29 May, 2023.

To become president, he must defeat the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, as well as the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and others.
