The spokesman of the All Progressives Congress, Presidential Campaign Council, APC PCC, Festus Keyamo, has highlighted how the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, standard bearer, Atiku Abubakar, destroyed the party.

Keyamo said the inordinate ambition of Atiku helped destroy the opposition party.

According to Keyamo, PDP’s disrespect for throwing open its 2023 presidential ticket to all sections of the country “destroyed” the party.

Subsequently, Atiku emerged as the PDP presidential candidate defeating Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State and Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State in the presidential primary election.

However, Keyamo tweeted: “It is now safe to say that the failure of PDP to respect the country’s zoning formula plus Atiku’s inordinate ambition, destroyed PDP. Simple.”

WITHIN NIGERIA had reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, declared the All Progressives Congress, APC, presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as president-elect on Wednesday morning.
