Mr. Amadi Osaronu, a stalwart in the All Progressives Congress and the party secretary in Rivers State’s Ikwerre Local Government Area, has been abducted by gunmen.
On Wednesday, Osaronu was reportedly kidnapped from his home in Aluu, Ikwerre LGA, by masked gunmen.
WITHIN NIGERIA gathered that Darlington Nwauju, the State All Progressive Congress (APC) Publicity Secretary, verified the occurrence on Thursday.
“No amount of intimidation and arm-twisting will change the outcome of the March 18 which would be a resounding defeat for the Peoples Democratic Party,” he said.
