Three Nigerian nationals have been arrested by security operatives for alleged armed robbery in Libya.
According to local media, the suspects allegedly robbed a residence of expatriate workers in the city of Misrata, northwestern Libya.
The accused were arrested by a patrol team from the General Directorate of Security Operations on Monday, April 3, 2023, and handed over to police authorities for legal action.
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that security forces arrested nine Nigerian nationals after raiding a brothel allegedly run by a gang of African migrants in a private apartment in Benghazi, Libya.
According to the report, the arrested Nigerians include six women and three men.
