Luciano Spalletti, Napoli manager, has provided a slight hint that Victor Osimhen, the club’s talismanic striker, might move elsewhere this summer.
Osimhen scored his 25th league goal of the campaign in Napoli’s 2-2 draw against Bologna on Sunday afternoon.
The forward’s future is up in the air with the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich all circling around him.
Spalletti has, however, backed the Nigeria international to be a top player in future.
“He will have an important future, no matter what team he plays in, and is above all a good lad too. His teammates love him, he helps them out and resolves situations rather than complains,” Spalletti told a press conference after the Bologna game.
“He will become even more of a top player in future.”
